Fixture installation and upgrades
A new fixture only works as well as its installation. A toilet has to sit level on a sound flange with a good seal. A faucet needs secure mounting and properly connected supply lines. A shower valve has to match its trim and sit at the right depth in the wall. Small mistakes cause leaks that often show up later as damaged floors and cabinets.
We install fixtures you have already bought, or we can help you choose models that fit your existing valves, rough-in dimensions, and budget. If you have model numbers, bring them.
Fixture repair
Many fixture problems are simple repairs. A dripping faucet usually needs a new cartridge or seals. A running toilet usually needs a new flapper or fill valve. A disposal that hums but won't turn may be jammed rather than failed. We repair what can be repaired and recommend replacement only when it makes more sense.
While we are there, we check the shutoff valves and supply lines. Old shutoffs often seize or leak, and replacing them during a fixture job saves a separate visit.
Remodels and larger projects
If you are remodeling a bathroom or kitchen and moving fixtures, the supply and drain lines usually need to be rerouted before the finish work. Our construction and remodel plumbing page covers that work. We can handle both the rough-in and the fixture installation on the same project.
Easy to schedule. They arrived fully equipped, great diagnosis, quick work, and left a clean workspace. The repair was fully explained and a very fair price.
